Most LoRA only fire when the phrase they were trained on travels with the prompt, and nobody filling in a form can be expected to know which file wants which words. What is written here is what the form fills in when somebody picks that LoRA, and choosing "none" takes it back out. Copy a file into models/loras, add its phrase here, and it is in the form on the next list refresh - no restart.

A blank phrase is an answer: it says this LoRA wants none. Removing the row says nothing is recorded, which leaves the box on the form open for whoever does know.

For a LoRA that is not in the list yet - a file on its way to the rig, or one ComfyUI has not been restarted to see.
